Tweeting in the Workplace

Remember when businesses first got email and Internet access in the workplace?  Executives clamored with fear at the impending lost productivity that was sure to be realized from reading forwarded emails and gambling online all day.  Well, that didn't really happen.  Sure, email and Internet access in the workplace can be abused, but employees who are easily distracted will find a way to kill time - Internet or none.  That same rumbling of fear is starting to hit the Twitterverse.  KELO TV (CBS affiliate) in Sioux Falls, SD recently did a piece on that topic and talked with Click Rain president Paul Ten Haken about proper Tweeting in the workplace.  The summary: Twitter is a great business tool, but like most online apps, has the potential for abuse among the ADD-prone.
